MBTI Lab, Know yourself, understand others.
I’m a passionate MBTI enthusiast and, according to the typology framework, an ENTP. My journey began with personal experiences that sparked a deep fascination with psychological patterns. After studying Jung’s Psychological Types, I recognized the profound alignment between MBTI classifications and Jungian cognitive functions. This led me to explore the Myers-Briggs model, John Beebe’s developmental approach, and practical applications of MBTI and Jungian theory in real-world scenarios.
These frameworks have fundamentally transformed how I perceive human behavior. Now when I observe people, it feels like deciphering a cognitive blueprint – understanding why individuals make specific choices or react in certain ways. This awareness has brought me remarkable inner peace, and my mission is to share this transformative perspective.
Without knowledge of psychological typology, we risk projecting our own thinking patterns onto others. This blindness to cognitive diversity hinders the creation of truly inclusive environments.
Our mantra “Know Yourself, Understand Others” embodies three core objectives:
Self-Awareness Mapping - Identify your cognitive strengths through the lens of MBTI and Jungian functions.
Relational Decoding - Demystify communication gaps using type dynamics (e.g., why ENTPs’ “Fi-blindspot” causes emotional misunderstandings).
Practical Typology - Move beyond labels to actionable strategies for career, relationships, and personal growth.
Through this blog, I’ll share evidence-based insights and daily applications of typology – from distinguishing INTP vs ENTP decision-making patterns to optimizing workflows using Te/Fi axes. Expect deep dives into function stacks, type development phases, and myth-busting common MBTI stereotypes.
